Because we partner with ITDG, we leverage group buying power to offer below-market processing rates. Plus, we rebate a portion of each transaction back to ITDG — so you’re supporting your organization simply by using our service.
A percentage of every transaction processed through ITDG Payments is forwarded as a rebate to ITDG. That rebate is then used to support ITDG’s programs, benefits, and services — so your processing helps your own organization.
Our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible. We offer hands-on onboarding support and integration assistance to minimize downtime or interruption. After your account is set up, switching usually takes about 5 minutes and is typically done prior to opening the store. All of our card reader terminals are pre-programmed and plug-and-play so the process is quite easy.
We support all standard payment channels — from in-store terminals and swipe/dip cards to online and mobile payments — so your customers can pay however they prefer.
Our typical contract is for 12 months. Once the initial 12 months have occurred the agreement converts to a month-to-month agreement with no early termination fees.
No. We provide all of the card reader terminals to you at no cost. There are optional equipment packages that may have a lease or purchase price, but these are for special needs and circumstances.

Because of ITDG’s negotiated scale and the rebate structure, many members see immediate savings. We encourage prospective users to submit their current statements so we can do a side-by-side comparison and show you the exact savings. If you are already using a Cash Discount Program with your current processor, then you probably don't have any cost associated with taking payments. However, by switching to ITDG Payments, you will be contributing to the ITDG through our negotiated rebate program. So, you might as well switch, get new terminals, and let ITDG Payments contribute to ITDG with every card transaction you have.
